DCI Indonesia Launches AI-Ready JK6 with 36 MW Capacity
Thursday, Jan 8 2026

DCI Indonesia officially launched JK6 on 3 June 2025, our eighth data center, located at DCI - H1 Campus in Cibitung, West Java. With a capacity of 36 megawatts, JK6 is the largest single built data center in Indonesia. This brings DCI’s total capacity to 119 MW across 3 locations, and is a concrete response to Indonesia's growing demand for reliable, secure, and scalable digital infrastructure.
JK6’s launch drew attendance from prominent leaders across both public and private sectors-reaffirming the shared ambition for Indonesia to become enablers of the digital and AI ecosystem in Southeast Asia. JK6 is now fully operational, and has begun serving a major global cloud provider.
We were extremely honored to host both Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, and Meutya Hafid, Minister of Communication and Digital at our JK6 inauguration event held on 3rd June 2025. During their respective remarks, both emphasized strong support for DCI in achieving this milestone. In his speech, Minister Agus remarked, "With the launch of JK6, DCI adds 36 megawatts of capacity and continues to demonstrate a bold vision as a national, regional, and even global leader." Meanwhile, Minister Meutya affirmed, "The launch of JK6 is proof that Indonesia is increasingly ready to become a digital powerhouse in the region."
JK6 sets a new standard in Indonesia’s colocation data center with 36 megawatts of AI-ready capacity by its liquid cooling systems-designed to support high-performance computing needs. Built over 3 million man-hours by 8,000 local talents, it reflects the strength of local expertise to deliver global standards facilities. JK6 represents steady progress for Indonesia’s digital infrastructure and reinforces DCI’s position as a leading player both nationally and regionally.
"We’ve proven that Indonesians can lead its own data center industry alongside global players. Our data center is developed with 100% local expertise, yet meets the expectations of international clients. DCI’s facilities are a national foundation for building a robust local digital and AI ecosystem," said Toto Sugiri, Founder and CEO of DCI Indonesia.
Together, we can push for Indonesia to be not just a participant-but a regional leader in AI with sovereign, resilient, and world-class capabilities.
