Uptime Institute is the global independent advisory organization and certification body that focuses on assessing and improving the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of data centers and critical infrastructure. Its Tier Certification of Operational Sustainability (TCOS) is renowned for its stringent evaluation of data center operations, prioritized behaviors, and risk assessment, ensuring effective and efficient performance. The certification recognizes data center owners, operators, and managers who have demonstrated thorough planning for non-stop operations across various conditions.

For our valued clients, the TCOS Tier IV Gold certification serves as a hallmark of our dedication to delivering reliable and unparalleled services. DCI has now secured the highest level of industry standards, obtaining Tier IV for both Design and Facility, as well as achieving a Gold certification in Operations. Similar to DCI’s other Tier certifications, this TCOS certification was awarded to DCI’s JK5 Data Center Hall 5A, although the SOPs, processes and standards apply uniformly across all of DCI Platform’s data centers (i.e., H1, H2, E1 campuses).
