On December 5th, 2024, DCI Indonesia proudly won two categories at the W.Media Awards 2024. The W.Media Cloud and Data Center Awards recognizes excellence for the data center ecosystem in Asia.

The two Southeast Asia level awards that DCI won are:

1. Network & Interconnect: Linking top 5 Global Cloud Providers with Seamless Interconnectivity to DCI’s Ecosystem of Data Centers and Customers

2. Skills Development: Building Long-Term Operations Sustainability by Investing in Systems\\, Processes and Talent

DCI provides a peace of mind for our clients by investing heavily in systems, processes and talent. Moving from preventive maintenance to predictive maintenance, DCI has installed thousands of sensors across its data centers to enable 24/7 monitoring of its equipment and leveraging AI to inform engineers when the need for intervention arises (vs. depending on manual checks). Coupling predictive maintenance with fully automated operations, such as for cooling, DCI ensures reliable, efficient and scalable operations at existing and new facilities.
